Stripes! This post might seem to have residual effects from 4th of July with the stripes but I wore this last week without trying to be patriotic.
I love this pretty dress that I found 2 months ago at Forever 21. The print, shape, and white belt remind me of a dress Charlotte from Sex and the City would wear. The outfit has a little bit of Carrie mixed in because of the Manolos, which I feel completes the sweet, pastel look! I felt like bubble gum or cotton candy. (Yum!)
