Made it to the final day of the Alameda County Fair on my way back to Berkeley.
It was quite hot, and I feel silly for wearing a jacket, but it makes my outfit! I feel like it is appropriate for the setting. I feel like I just need a couple musicians behind me and I’d be ready to lead a parade!
Mando and I walked around and had some festival food. My favorite was an ice cream dipped in chocolate and coated in almonds and toffee. Yum!
Maybe next time we will go again better prepared because going to the fair was a spontaneous decision. We will need more cash if we want to go on rides and really eat to our heart’s content.
